Dropshipping Terms and Conditions

· Contact

If you have any queries about our products, feeds, cooperation or other dropshipping related things, please contact us by e-mail: For all questions about orders and complaints please create a ticket on our dropshipping portal. We reply to each email within a 1 working day.

· Account

If you want to create an account in our shop, please use registration form available on our website. Please note that it is important to send us a filled, stamped and signed personal data entrustment agreement. The download link is available at the registration form or via this link. You can attach it during the registration process or you can send it to e-mail address. Our team will validate your account within 24 hours. If you would like to change/update your account details please send an email to the customer service. In case of forgotten password please request a new one via ‘Forgot password’.

· Link with your webshop

We offer a link with our platform. You can contact us for getting files in IOF, XML or CSV format on e-mail. If you would like to use API then it needs to be linked under your own management in the system you use, so the technical knowledge will be required. The stock feed and the product information is updated every 4 hours in the CSV and XML feeds. As a dropshipper you are obligated to investigate whether a certain content may or may not be placed on the channel.

· Ordering and payment

The orders have to be placed on our webshop manually. If you would like to automate the process, then the API connection must be used. Creation of your own application remains at your own discretion. There are no fixed monthly costs or obligations for dropshipping at LEAN Toys. We offer 3 different payment options: bank transfer, account top-up and trade credit. If you use bank transfer, please attach a payment confirmation to each order. It will speed up the order processing.

· Shipping

We ship to 26 countries in EU. Please check our shipping methods and charges section for more details. Packages are packed in the box and secured with foil stretch and taped. You will also find our company details on the shipping label.

· Warranty and returns

Every product is under 1-year warranty except vehicle batteries and chargers (6 months). As a dropshipper, you are obliged to offer your customer return or warranty solution yourself. Damaged or incorrect products should be reported with a video or picture proof of fault. Based on this, we will decide whether to reimburse, replace or compensate the article. If the article is partially damaged and there is possibility to change some part, we will supply you the required part. Every customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days after receiving an order. This does not apply to business agreements. As a seller you are obliged to manage returns on your own behalf. We do not accept returns.
