1. What is dropshipping?

As a dropshipping supplier, LEAN Toys takes care of all the logistic and shipping processes. You can focus on customer service, marketing and sales. Our clients do not need to invest in warehouse. LEAN Toys stock is your stock. You do not have to worry about preparing and packing process. We can ship your parcels straight to your customers which makes the whole process cheaper.

2. Dropshipping with LEAN Toys

Range of more than 3000 different products makes us one of the largest dropshipping suppliers in Poland in the toy sector. LEAN Toys offers fast delivery and superb personal service to the dropshipping partners. We offer:
• Connection via API, XML, CSV in two languages – English and German. Stock feed and technical information for all of our products. Link our API to your system to automatically connect all necessary processes.
• Our fast and professional customer service will help you every working day from 7am to 5pm. It helps you to answer your customers quickly.
• On an account level, our dropshipping portal gives you access to your order summary, ticket system, tracking numbers and all required feeds.
• Delivery to 26 EU countries via our DHL and GLS partners.
• Orders made before 11am are shipped in the same working day.

3. Reporting a complaint (RMA)

If you need to report a complaint (which fulfils the rules described under our Terms of Service please use the RMA system at the following URL: under the "COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT (RMA)" tab.
The RMA producedure is very easy:
1. Click on the "Add a complaint" button and select desired order.
2. Choose the product and quantity. IMPORTANT: Make sure that you add a description and pictures in this step by cliking on the "Description of complaint" button.
3. Proceed further with step 3 & 4 (nothing to be changed here).
4. Select a method of the return - IMPORTANT: Please note that all of the refunds are processed by account credit. Cash or bank transfer requests will not be validated.
5. After clicking proceed, your complaint will be registered in our system. You can see the ID of complaint and you will be still able to edit your description and/or pictures here.
Please note that in most of cases we try to find a solution which results in no need of refunding the order i.e. sending necessary spare parts. The money refund is always the last solution.
